George P. Williams (“Geep”) brings over thirty years of experience in all aspects of real estate development, construction and property management to The Real Estate Company.
In 1985, he founded Penn Realty Company and purchased, renovated and sold several investment properties, managing several South Shore properties consisting of forty tenants.
Geep also has a strong background in property management for retail, residential and mixed use spaces. In addition, his career has led him to a solid understanding of construction sourcing, including coordination of on-site needs, cost analysis, and negotiations with project managers.
Geep is known for his balanced approach to problem-solving and his dedication and work ethic.
